Of course. We are offering in-store purchasing services. You can visit Na Poříčí 26, Prague 1 to view and purchase more products.

You can pay for the goods in the following ways: payment by CASH(CZK or EURO) or CARD.

All our stores accept cash payments and payment with the most common payment cards: MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro.

* Changes for payment will be given only in CZK.

Your money will be returned within 14 days of receiving your refund. By default, this time is usually much shorter (in days).

Please bring the claimed item to the store (Na Poříčí 26, Prague 1).

1. A complaint must be made immediately upon the occurrence of a defect. With further use of the product, defects can spread and deteriorate quickly. This may be the reason for rejecting the complaint. 2. The product must be clean, empty (in the case of envelopes) and hygienically sound. Complaints will be rejected if the returned product does not comply with general hygiene principles. 3. The right to file a complaint does not apply to damage caused by non-compliance with the washing and care instructions on the manufacturer's label.
