Forest mead matures for at least a year and a half
When the mead ferments, its taste begins to change and develop, so we let it mature for at least a year and a half. Like wine, she needs her time and we give it to her. The reward is always a full, unadulterated and very exceptional taste.
Each batch is slightly different in taste, because it shows the taste of the honey from which it is made. But they are all honest, made cold and only from natural products.
